For three days, we have had no heat in this house.....It has been so awful! My poor kids' had to pile up in the same room and sleep together so they wouldn't freeze!
My oil heater went on the fritz..then to top it all off, we ran out of oil.....DUH! I have never, in my whole life...run completely out of heating oil....{fire}
We called our normal guy and ordered a delivery right away...but they never showed up that night. The very next morning, I called them back and they told me that they had a problem the night before and were very sorry. They said they'd be out here in just a couple of hours....They never showed up again!!!!
I called him up about 3:00 in the afternoon and he goes, "I'm sorry Karen...I've got some bad news for you...we can't come out today either. I had to call the delivery guys back into the shop.". He told me they would come first thing in the morning...he said, "Karen, I'm so very sorry!".
I said to him, "Yeah, I'll bet...hey, I'll bet you're so very warm too.....aren't you?" I hung up on him!
Well, I was livid to say the least.
Beezwax called someone else out to fill the tank and when he called our usual guys back to cancel that first order...they said they had already charged our credit card the first day we called him.
I said, "have you lost your mind?!?"
"how can you charge us and not deliver our oil??"
So he had the nerve to respond, "I asked your permission the other day, if I could charge it right then and I told you the oil may not make it out there that night."
How dare he?!?!
He did not ask my permission at all!!!!!
Of course I knew he'd be charging my card.....but I thought that would be after getting the fuel oil.....right? That's $355.00!!!!!!
Anyhoo....I have been a loyal customer of thiers for six years...and this is how they treat me....AAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGGG!!
