They're a pain! They told us they were upgrading their servers this weekend, but it wouldn't affect access.

I lost access on Friday lunchtime, and got it back on Tuesday afternoon! Tech support line unavailable, other customer service lines couldn't help "because their database is down till Wednesday"! It wasn't the whole thing down - I just got "your user name isn't recognised". I could access my mail by logging on with another ISP, at pay-as-you go rates.

My children had schoolwork that they couldn't do {mad}

I told the billing department what I thought of their customer service. :(

You don't realize how dependent you are on your ISP until it is down for several days. I feel for you.

My dad has had a real problem with Comcast. He switched over to the cable modem after I had told him that it worked pretty well for me for the past 3-4 years. His has regular problems. I hate it when that happens!!!
