Friday and payday. Doubly delicious. What are your plans for the weekend?

I have 2 concerts this week-end... which of course is my vocation. I minister in 150 plus churches a year so my week-ends are driving... driving... driving. Although... I am blessed to be home this week-end because sunday mornings concert is in a town that is only a couple of hours away. My sunday night concert is in my home town :).

At any rate... everyday is a gift. I plan to celebrate His awesome wonder in my life!!!

I'm going to the Dallas Stars pre-season hockey game tonight. Then I get to spend most of the weekend working. Our church is full on Sunday morning, so we go on Saturday night. It's nice and casual. We get the same message as Sunday, but the music is more contemporary. I can even go in shorts if I want.

What are you doing this weekend?

Well I'm new here, will introduce my very soon to be hubby to the site also... We are getting married October 1st.. Anyway on to my plans for the weekend, taking my youngest to a slumber party, then to a high school football game. Soccer games tomorrow (no not I, my girls), then church on Sunday. May sneak in a dinner date with my fiance Saturday Night since my ex has the kids this weekend.

The Dallas Stars win! 3-2. Like it matters with a pre-season game. We sure had fun though.

We don't have any plans for the weekend. It will be nice to relax. Maybe a certain sister of mine will have her baby. It sure would be considerate of her to have him on the weekend. LOL!

I hope to drive out to East Texas today to see my new nephew. My sister may be giving birth as I type.

Otherwise, this will probably be an uneventful weekend.
