Theyeti - we have lots left over because we didn't get ANY trick or treaters. The first couple of years we lived out here we did - but the parents around here now take their kids to a county "halloween night" thing at a school gymnasium. It's a lot safer, but I do miss seeing the kids in their costumes - always got a kick out of that!

Oh well, the hubby is a happy dude - lot's of candy bars to snarf on!

Theyeti... umm, you have chocolate on the corner of your chin *points* right there. Yup, we know you gave out ALL of your candy, huh? ;)

actually, we got too many.... 77 to be exact.. we wrote down what everyone was on a piece of paper and now i can't find it anymore... grrrr.. anyway, we had the most hippies, viking football players, and a few harry potters.... i can't remember the rest off the top of my head. We also had a cute alien baby, who was, in fact, a baby.. with these little blinking antenna on her head! And oh, i liked the baseball too.... yep. :)
EEK! Off to do laundry! :(

Utah... *sigh* I remember the old days of being able to stay up all night and still be somewhat perky. Now, it's just me, the walker and a good dose of arthritis medicine. You young whippersnappers! {toothy}

howday again all! its me! i like this daily thread thing by the way, it gives us a place to put things where usually there wouldn't be any such place or else we'd be wandering around debating where to put it:

- Tomorrow: i get to yack to a bunch of 5th graders about school violence for my health class with 4 other incompetent people knowing nothing about public speaking. yippee.
- Today: isn't everyone just getting sick of political ads? I came to school today to find a political ad right next to my locker. Geez, these people have no life OR decency!! At least i got to vent my anger ripping it down - i haven't had a chance to do that in a while.
- Tomorrow afternoon: pulling out staples and tackboard again! Actually, i think they're finally around to putting carpet in and... get ready for this... painting walls!!!!

So there's my exciting life.. again. Need some more caffeine. The VCR is on so i don't know how to work the TV. And people still don't pay any attention to me off the internet, but that's another story... y'know.. i bet all those little kids are gona say something like "but i don't see any bullying!!" Well guess what i'm gonna tell 'em: Maybe not, but do you see anyone doing something good either? Take ME for an example. I never get bullied. Nobody talks to me either. If i try to make a friend, i get "politely discouraged". People are decent enough not to bully me so they just exclude me, which frankly is worse. I'd rather be bullied, i get some form o frecognition that way... an di DO own hockey pads, and can't type in complete sentences without som many typos.
