I have been having laser hair removal on my bikini line for the past year. The office is admistered by a plastic surgeon and the treatments are usually performed by a licensed professional. The sessions usually run between $50 and $200 depending on the treatment. Is it customary to tip on top of the treatment price?

You don't tip an electrologist, which is someone who removes body hair by means of an electric current. You don't tip people who work in a physician's office. Usually dermatologists or plastic surgeons who have licensed professionals in their office performing procedures like hair removal allow the professional to set his/her price and the doctor gets some percentage of it. Based upon all of that, you don't tip in this situation.

Can yo get laser hair removal for your nose? Or would that be dangerous because of nosehair's valuable function of keeping flies from flying up your nose?
Is it improper etiquette to ask about laser nose hair removal?

This thread have been here for years now but I still would like to insert my opinions.
Giving a tip should come from your heart. You don't give because you need to, you give because you want to for some reasons. As for the removal of hair on the nose, I think it is possible and it is not unethical to ask about it as long as you inquire seriously.

I have always been told that one doesn't tip on medical procedures. I consider laser hair removal to be a medical procedure, although it is a cosmetic one. If it occurs in a physician's office, I consider it medical. I.e. I would tip for a massage at a spa but not for a similar treatment at a physical therapist's office.
