My eyes!

My eyes are really sore. I've just spent 16 hours in front of the computer.

I redesigned TCS and it took me that long to change all the pages. The whole point was to cut down on loading time but I didn't realize how long that would take...

you should be careful with that Anat. I was getting these really awful headaches, debilitating headaches!
I was throwing up from it at one point.
you should take a break from it every so often and exercise your eyes a little bit.
it can make ya sick!

I agree with karen. You want your eyes to focus on short distances and long distances. It helps to stop occassionally and focus on something across the room or down the hall.

Karenluv - you are so right. I suffer from migraines sometimes and I'm beginning to feel one coming.

Right now I feel like this {freak}
