tipping a golf caddy

I will be playing Shadow Creek Golf Course which includes a 20 minute limo ride to and from your hotel, green fees, and a caddy. I am wondering how much I should tip the caddy (he/she will ride in a cart along with our two-some) and how much I should tip the driver - I think each way would typically run 25-45 dollars if I was paying for the limo. Thanks!

Caddy - $15-25 as long as the club allows tipping. Some clubs don't. Some clubs have caddy fees, and the tip is in addition to the caddy fee.
Driver - 15% of the fare. I would assume the $45 fare each way and tip $12-15 depending upon how good the driver is. For instance, does he help with the golf clubs or any other bags?
