Tipping esteticians

I live in Houston, Texas. What is the rule of thumb for tipping esteticians. I cannot find this information anywhere. Also, what about hair salons?

Yep you got it Alec. Why I can't see paying for that right now. Wait til I am elderly and my hair is blue. Now that would be fun being pampered that way.
