I have 7 people in my guard
5 of them I like
2 of them are ok but get on my nerves.....
--------- and --------- are thoes 2. I guess captain tryouts are comming up and they think by being bossy and acting like they know it all then they'll have a better chance. But the fact is, the instructor picks an officer by their leadership skills NOT BY THEIR BOSSYNESS, and leaderhip is not defined by bossyness.
If im frustrated becasue i cant get something right, i think i'd much more appriciate kind help then someone huffing and puffing in my face. Thatis only going to fuel my frustration to the point of exploading.
