Tipping a Mary Kay beauty consultant

I ordered some Mary Kay and she is delivering it to my home today. I paid with a credit card on her website so no payment is required when she comes. Is it normal to tip her when she delivers my stuff or is that unnecessary? Thanks :)

I would say that tipping is not neccessary in this case; she is a self-employed person. There's nothing wrong with being nice, but that's her BUSINESS.
