Tipping - Extended Stay Hotels

We're staying in an extended stay hotel. They only clean weekly, bring clean towels on one other day. Will probably be there five weeks. What do we tip in a situation like this?

I guess I would tip $10.00 a week, judging by your post. Around here house cleaning people get $10.00/hr. Any other suggestions, Frapsters?

That sounds reasonable to me. $2 a day is what I would recommend.

I disagree. You tip for the number of times they do the cleaning, not the number of days between cleanings. If they only do it once a week, then they get tipped once a week. I would do $2-5 depending upon how much work they do.
